Stay on Top of Your Rental Business With Customizable Digest Emails

Running a vacation rental without a regular operational summary is like driving without a dashboard. You know the car is moving, but you have no idea how fast, how much fuel is left, or whether the engine light is on. Digest emails solve this by delivering the metrics that matter directly to your inbox, on whatever schedule fits your workflow.

Choose Your Own Schedule

Not every host needs a daily email, and not every host can wait until Friday. That is why digest emails let you pick any combination of days using simple day-of-week checkboxes. Want updates every morning? Select all seven days. Prefer a Monday-and-Thursday rhythm? Check just those two. Only want a weekend recap? Select Saturday. The schedule is entirely yours to define, and you can change it anytime in Settings.

What Is in Each Digest

Each digest email packs five sections into one concise summary. First, upcoming arrivals and departures so you know exactly who is checking in, who is leaving, and when. Second, calendar gaps in the next 30 days, highlighting unbooked stretches you might be able to fill with a last-minute discount or minimum-night adjustment. Third, turnovers scheduled for the current week, so you and your cleaners are always aligned. Fourth, a 7-day occupancy rate with a visual progress bar that shows at a glance how full your calendar is. Fifth, a week-over-week revenue comparison showing both the dollar amount and the percentage change, so you can spot trends before they become problems.

Your Whole Team Stays Informed

Digest emails are not limited to property owners. Every member who has been added to a property receives the same digest on the same schedule. This means your co-host, property manager, or partner gets the same operational snapshot without needing to log in. Everyone stays on the same page with zero extra effort.

Setting It Up

Go to Settings and find the Digest Emails section for your property. Toggle it on, then click the day buttons to select which days you want to receive your digest. Your digest arrives at 9 AM in your timezone — pick your timezone from the dropdown in Alerts & Health under Email Preferences. Tip: If you manage multiple properties, each one has its own digest schedule. You might want daily updates for a high-turnover beach house but only weekly summaries for a mountain cabin with longer stays.
